(More customer reviews)I bought this pump because it was the cheapest double pump I could find. As a stay-at-home mom, I wanted the convenience of a double electric, but without having to pay $300, since I figured I'd only be using it once a day. I had a good milk supply already, so I wasn't trying to stimulate better supply, either. I would immediately wash or sterilize the pieces after using it, and put them together again when dry, so it was ready to go for the next time.
After I had used it for about 4 months, the piece that connects the hose to the pump housing split, and Playtex replaced it for free with priority shipping.
Pros:
* Cheap
* very comfortable
* worked great with the "Drop-ins" system
* Faster than a single pump
* Great customer service
Cons:
* Kind of awkward to use - you have to hold the cups on and lean forward slightly. I usually held them with one arm and set a book on the table to read.
* Took 20-30 minutes (still less time than it took to nurse at first)
* A lot of pieces to wash
