(More customer reviews)It works as described and feels much better than the other style pumps. I've been using the Medela Pump In Style and it was pulling too much. There's no friction with the Simplisse. I haven't used it enough yet to compare milk volume. I found it louder than the Medela, and louder than I'd like -- not vacuum cleaner loud, but enough to have to speak louder and turn up the volume on music/tv.
