(More customer reviews)I bought this product because I have been nursing and pumping since my son was born, and he is now 8 months old. I had been using the battery pack a lot in the car and decided I could save money by just buying the lighter adapter to use instead of wasting so many batteries. I found this lighter adapter to be weak in power compared to the batteries and the AC Adapter. I have yet to use it and get any decent amount of milk. With batteries and the AC adapter, I can pump for 10 minutes on one side and get 4 or 5 ounces. I would not recommend buying this because it does not have enough power.
