(More customer reviews)I was very disappointed both with the seller and their response to my concerns. This "kit" was loosely placed in a cardboard box, not factory sealed. I left seller feedback noting this and the company responded by telling me it's safe, they just buy in bulk and never take returns so I can be sure it's hygienic. They then offered to take my return on a case-by-case basis, but only if I'd "revise" my review. I thought that this seemed shady that they'd only help me out if I lied about my reaction to the item. They did say they'd destroy the items, but there is really no way to be sure of this as it arrives with a bunch of loose kit pieces. I would buy directly from Medela if I were you. They offer to replace parts for free and the items I've ordered from them in the past come sealed in a plastic bag.
