(More customer reviews)I bought these for my sore nipples and they seemed to help a lot--the open area allows air to circulate around the nipple so you can "air out" the nipple while staying covered up. So that's nice. However, if you produce a lot of milk, the cups will fill up quickly and when you bend over, you'll leak.This makes it difficult to wear them all day long. I wish they were a bit bigger but it's a small price to pay for the comfort they provide. The silicone/plastic back is very comfortable against the skin and is great at staying in place. Overall, a good purchase and I'm glad I have them; my nipples are still sore sometimes (after months of breastfeeding).
