(More customer reviews)I bought these bottles when I was pregnant and I also bought the Original Drop-In Set since I really didn't know what the difference was going to be. Well I found out a few weeks after my son arrived! The Premium bottles' plastic is thinner and melted in our bottle warmer, but the Original ones stayed in perfect condition. The Originals might not be as stylish but they are time tested and very sturdy. As a matter of fact when I had to replace all of the melted Premiums I bought more of the Originals. Stay away from the Premiums, you'll just end up replacing them anyway.
